Bulletin of ASOR

Your ASOR membership provides exclusive online access to the full run of all three ASOR journals: BASOR, Journal of Cuneiform Studies, and Near Eastern Archaeology in HTML, PDF, and current e-Book editions from the University of Chicago Press.

To begin reading BASOR online:

1.  Locate the most recent e-table-of-contents alert sent to you from ASOR membership. Your exclusive member link changes with each new issue published.  If you cannot locate your email, please contact ASOR at  [email protected] to request the link.

2.  Follow the appropriate instructions below after navigating to the member link referenced above. 

• I do not have a University of Chicago Press Journals account: Enter your email address to register for an account. You will receive the message "Thank you! You have successfully activated your access token." Follow steps 3 and 4 to begin reading
• I already have a University of Chicago Press Journals account: Log in to your account. If this is the first time you've activated your access token, you will receive the message "Thank you! You have successfully activated your access token." If you have already activated your access token, you will see the valid message "Access token has been activated already." In both cases, follow steps 3 and 4 to begin reading.

3. To begin reading BASOR, go to the BASOR homepage here to access any issue while logged in to this account. This account also allows you to track citations, save favorite articles and searches, and sign up for content alerts.

4. After creating your account, all successive logins through the link referenced in Step 1 will lead to a message reading, "Access token has been activated already." Navigate to the BASOR homepage here to begin reading.

To claim issues or to update account details associated with your ASOR membership, please email ASOR at [email protected]. Changes made through the University of Chicago Press Journals website will not be reflected in your ASOR membership records.
